These terms are short because the site does one thing: it publishes information. By using any page you accept them.
Who the site is for
The site is for adults in Kenya. Gambling is for adults of the age of majority, which in Kenya is eighteen, and rule 92 of L.N. 112 bars persons under eighteen. If you are under eighteen, this site is not for you, and section 72(3) of the Gambling Control Act, 2025 requires any operator to see proof of age of majority before registering you.
Information, not advice
Every page explains published texts: the Act, the 2026 Regulations, tax law and the usual structure of bonus terms. Nothing here is legal, financial or tax advice, and nothing here tells you to accept, decline or prefer an offer. For a decision about your own situation, read the operator's actual terms and, where it matters, the law itself.
Illustrative figures and the calculator
Amounts in the guides and the results of the wagering calculator are illustrative examples. They come from the figures in the example or the figures you type, and from an illustrative margin. They are averages, not predictions, and say nothing about the result of a real bet. The operator's own terms and the regulator's live pages prevail over anything shown here, including the regulator's published list of licensed operators, which can change after a page is written.
No gambling services
The site takes no bets, holds no money and offers no bonus. It sells nothing and links to no operator; operator domains, where they appear, are plain text. Nothing on the site is an invitation to bet, deposit or register.
No responsibility for operators
The site has no relationship with any operator and is not responsible for an operator's terms, its conduct, its decisions on bonuses or payouts, or its compliance with its licence. A dispute with an operator goes to the operator and then to the Gambling Regulatory Authority, as the contact page describes.
Accuracy and corrections
Pages are checked against their sources before publication, but law and tax rates change. The site is provided as it is, without any promise that every page is complete or current on the day you read it. If you find an error, the corrections page explains how errors are handled.
Changes to these terms
These terms may change, for example when the publisher's legal entity is named or if the way the site is funded ever changes. The updated date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.
