Privacy
This site is built to know as little about you as possible. It asks you for nothing. Since 2 November 2026 it runs Google Analytics 4, which sets analytics cookies only if you allow them.
What the site collects
Nothing that you type is collected. There are no advertising tags, no contact forms, no newsletter sign-up and no accounts. Fonts and images are served from this site's own server. The one outside resource is the Google Analytics tag, described below; it sets cookies only if you allow them.
The wagering calculator runs entirely in your browser. The figures you enter are not sent anywhere, are not part of what the analytics tag sends, and are gone when you close the page.
What the web server records
Any web server that delivers pages can write a short access record for each request: the IP address it came from, the date and time, the page asked for, the browser's self-description (the user agent) and the page that linked to it, if any. This site does not combine those records with anything else or use them to identify readers.
The hosting arrangement and how long such records are kept will be stated here when the publisher's details are published.
Google Analytics
Since 2 November 2026 every page loads the Google Analytics 4 tag from googletagmanager.com, in Google's consent mode. Advertising storage, ad user data and ad personalisation are always set to "denied".
A bar at the bottom of every page asks you to choose: "Allow analytics cookies" or "Decline". It links to this page.
- No choice yet, or Decline: no analytics cookie is stored. The tag still sends Google cookieless page-view signals: the page address, the time, and details of your browser and device.
- Allow: first-party cookies whose names begin with
_gaare set, so that repeat visits can be recognised.
Your choice is stored in your browser's local storage under the key ga-consent. You can change your analytics choice at any time.
Google processes what it receives under its own privacy policy. Google may process it outside Kenya.
Third parties
One: Google, through the analytics tag above. Apart from that tag, the pages load no scripts, images or fonts from other domains, embed no videos or maps and carry no social-media buttons. Links to primary sources, such as the regulator's website, take you to those sites, which have their own privacy terms.
Your rights under the Data Protection Act, 2019
Section 26 of the Data Protection Act, 2019 gives you the right to be informed of how your personal data is used, to access it, to object to its processing, and to have false or misleading data corrected or deleted. Under section 56 you may complain to the Data Commissioner orally or in writing, and the complaint must be investigated and concluded within ninety days.
Those rights matter most where your data is asked for. Opening an account with an operator means handing over identity details: rule 82 of L.N. 112 requires an identity check, location verification and age assurance before an online account is activated. The Office of the Data Protection Commissioner publishes a searchable register of data handlers, where you can see whether an operator is registered before you hand anything over.
Changes to this page
2 November 2026: Google Analytics was switched on, as described above. If a contact form or any other way of collecting data is added, it will be described on this page before it goes live.
