Contact
The honest position first: Betting Bonus Kenya has not yet published a contact channel, so it cannot receive or answer messages today. This page tells you where your question can be answered instead.
The position today
The site is in a demonstration phase. The publisher's legal entity and contact channel are not yet published, and no reply time is promised. When a channel exists it will be listed at the top of this page, together with the name of the entity responsible for it.
Until then, no e-mail address, phone number or form on any other website speaks for this site.
What a message could help with
Once a channel is open, the useful messages will be the ones about the pages themselves:
- a section number, date or figure that does not match the source it cites;
- arithmetic in an illustrative example or in the calculator that does not add up;
- a type of clause or a bonus term that the guides do not explain yet;
- a sentence that reads like a recommendation of an operator or an offer.
The site cannot open accounts, settle a dispute with an operator, reverse a bet or restore a cancelled bonus. Those belong elsewhere.
If your question is about this, go here
| If your question is about | The right place |
|---|---|
| A bonus that was cancelled, a bet that was voided or winnings that were not paid | The operator's customer care first. Section 68(8) of the Gambling Control Act, 2025 requires an online operator to keep a customer care centre in Kenya. |
| A complaint the operator has not resolved | The Gambling Regulatory Authority. Rule 9(2)(e) of L.N. 112 requires a complaint left unresolved after 72 hours, or one the complainant asks in writing to escalate, to be referred to the Authority; section 10(m) of the Act gives the Authority the job of receiving and determining public complaints. |
| Help with gambling harm, or a question for the regulator | The Authority's toll-free line, 0800-723-770, as shown on the regulator's website. |
| Stopping all gambling, bonus offers included | Self-exclusion, either on the operator's platform (L.N. 112, rule 67(3)) or with the Authority on Form 1 (rule 70). The help and limits page sets out both routes. |
| How an operator uses your personal data | The operator first, then the Data Commissioner under section 56 of the Data Protection Act, 2019. The privacy page explains your rights. |
A note for operators and affiliates
This site accepts no payment, adverts, sponsored pages or links. No operator can buy a mention, a kinder description or a removal. If a page describes one of your published terms inaccurately, the route, once a channel is published, is the same as for any reader, and the fix is recorded on the corrections page.
